Ratton link with Japan

This morning at 9 a.m. six year 9 students linked up with students from a school in Kyoto by video link, Skype. The students in Japan are the group visiting us next June. They had stayed behind after school for the link up as it was 6 p.m. in Kyoto.
They asked our students questions and introduced themselves. There was plenty of waving and clappng.
Our students really enjoyed the experience and will now set up email links so that when they meet in June, they will already be firm friends.
